Placed on a lightning protection grounding conductor, the system Alert@ir XT®sends a real-time alert via the Internet during a lightning strike using our range of transmitters and receivers Contact@ir® System.
If one of your installations is hit by lightning, you receive an alert immediately. The intensity level of the lightning strike is indicated to you on a scale of 1 to 3. It is thus possible to know the type of verification necessary to carry out, the degree of urgency of intervention and to organize maintenance in order to preserve protected structures.
The NFC 17-102 standard requires a verification of your lightning protection installation each time the protected structure is hit by lightning (art. 8.2). This provision aims to ensure the effectiveness of your protection installation without interruption.
