– no damage relating to lightning was noted;
– the integrity of the Early Streamer Emitter Lightning Rod is not modified;
– no extension or modification of the protected structure requires the application of additional lightning protection measures;
– the electrical continuity of the visible conductors is correct;
– all component fasteners and all mechanical protections are in good condition;
– no part has been damaged by corrosion;
– the separation distance is respected, the number of equipotential connections is sufficient and their condition is correct;
– the end of life indicator of the surge arrester devices is correct;
– the results of maintenance operations are monitored and recorded
