Communication is ensured via radio link for the transmitter Contact@ir® and via the most accessible local mobile network for the transmitter Contact@ir® MD, without any physical connection.
Used with the proximity receiver Dongl@ir® the issuer Contact@ir® It communicates identification and diagnostic information. The system allows verification of the product's integrity and condition Contact@ir® Ready.
Used with the fixed receiver Rout@ir®Connected to the internet by the most appropriate available means, identification, diagnostics and history are performed from a web-connected device (computer, tablet, smartphone) without any travel required to the equipped site.

This system transmits a real-time alert when a lightning strike is detected by the product Contact@ir® ReadyThis alert also includes the power level of the lightning strike. A verification and maintenance intervention must be scheduled depending on the severity of the lightning strike.

Contact@ir® can be placed on the product Contact@ir® Ready during installation or throughout the installation's lifespan. If the transmitter Contact@ir® is defective, you do not have to replace the entire product+transmitter assembly but only the transmitter.
