The transmitters Contact@ir® And Contact@ir® MD are optional products allowing you to communicate remotely with your lightning protection installation.
You can connect a transmitter Contact@ir® Or Contact@ir® MD on each product in the range Paraton@ir®, on each of our lightning strike counters Compt@ir® and on each copy of our lightning strike alarm Alert@ir®XT . These products are called “product Contact@ir® Ready.
The transmitter Contact@ir® Or Contact@ir® MD then continuously communicates the operating status of the product Contact@ir® Ready as well as its communication reliability. Communication is ensured by radio link for the transmitter Contact@ir® and by the local mobile network most accessible to the transmitter Contact@ir® MD, without any physical connection.
Used with proximity receiver Dongl@ir® , the transmitter Contact@ir® communicates identification and diagnostic information. The system allows you to verify the integrity and condition of the product Contact@ir® Ready.
Used with fixed receiver Rout@ir®, connected to the internet by the most appropriate means available, identification, diagnostics and history are carried out from a device connected to the web (computer, tablet, smartphone) without any necessary travel to the equipped site.
Through the transmitter Contact@ir® MD alone, we carry out the identification, diagnostics and history from a device connected to the web (computer, tablet, smartphone) without any necessary travel to the equipped site.
This system transmits a real-time alert when a lightning strike is detected by the product Contact@ir® Ready. This alert also contains the power level of the sudden lightning strike. A verification and maintenance intervention must be planned depending on the severity of the lightning strike.
With our system, you can remotely carry out an initial diagnosis. In this way, the movement of the maintenance service will be optimized, you will avoid unnecessary costs and your lightning protection installation will be kept in good working order.

Contact@ir® can be placed on the product Contact@ir® Ready during assembly or during the life of the installation. If the transmitter Contact@ir® is defective, you do not have to replace the product+transmitter assembly but only the transmitter.
